The 2023 Wild Beauty Art Festival is hosting “Ecological Country”, a new themed competition that is a part of the festival.
The competition is open to all graphic designers interested in the discipline of poster art. Submitted posters must be original and designed by the entrant.
A total of 1,900 Euro will be awarded to the best three poster designs.

Montenegro was the first country in the world proclaimed as an ecological country in 1991, in Žabljak in the Durmitor National Park – exactly where the Wild Beauty Art Festival is taking place, showcasing high quality art programs in place of (still) astonishing natural beauty. Although a noble idea for a small country and its citizens, the reality, 31 years after, is quite different.
What does an “ecological country” mean for you and how to fight for such a great idea against corrupted political structures? How can a country be greener and more careful about its natural environment and how to force those in power to fulfill the green agenda?
Each participant can submit a total of three (3) posters.
The following prizes will be announced at the opening ceremony of the exhibition in August, 2023 in Montenegro.
- 1st prize – 1,000 Euro
- 2nd prize – 600 Euro
- 3rd prize – 300 Euro
The posters will be judged by a five-member jury.
