Flux is hosting a student design competition and invites the next generation of building designers to research how the Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry meets the world’s demand for affordable and sustainable buildings in an urbanizing world.
All currently enrolled students around the world, studying subjects related to the built environment are encouraged to participate individually or in groups.
The best projects created with the Flux cloud solutions will be awarded with a total prize fund of $15,500 (US) divided into six (6) cash prizes. Ten (10) honorable mentions will be announced as well.
Submissions will be judged based on creativity, simplicity, and transferability.
Based out of San Francisco, Flux develops cloud-based collaboration tools that exchange data between your existing design environments, allowing for automated and parametric workflows that extend across platforms.
