5th International Student Film Camp “Interaction 2010” is going to be held in Pozega (Serbia) from 27th July to 14th August 2010.
20 students of film production, directing, cinematography, sound design and editing from 15 countries, divided into 4 crews are going to make 4 documentaries on the theme “Heritage”.
If you are a student of film production, directing, cinematography, sound design or editing, you are experienced in documentary film production and you speak English fluently send you application and get a chance to take part in this international student film camp.
Introduction
The Independent Film Centre “Filmart” is an independent art association, founded in 2005, whose aims are:
- scientific and professional research on culture, art, film, theatre, music, literature and design
- improving cultural and art scene both in Serbia and this region
- encouraging international cooperation in the field of culture and art and
- education of the young in the field of culture and art.
In their four-year work, 84 students at film schools from 34 countries (India, USA, Canada, Iran, Ghana, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, Turkey, Romania, Bulgaria, Georgia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Russia, Ukraine, Lithuania, Estonia, Germany, France, Switzerland, Great Britain, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Serbia) made 17 documentaries.
Objective
Send your film to the competition. The film should be:
- documentary or short feature one
- subtitled into English
- the one made during your studies
Prizes
The winners take part in this year’s international student film camp.
20 students of film production, directing, cinematography, sound design and editing from 15 countries, divided into 4 crews are going to make 4 documentaries on the theme “Heritage”.
The organizers provide:
- board and lodging for the participants
- equipment and material for film production
- transport (Belgrade – Pozega – Belgrade)
Rules
- Your application will be taken into consideration if you are:
- a student of film production, directing, cinematography, sound design or editing,
- experienced in documentary film production,
- fluent in English and
- send correctly filled in the application form along with your photo and the copy of the film in production of which you took part in during your studies.
- A student / participant pays for:
- getting a visa (if they need one to enter Serbia)
- transport (to Belgrade and back)
- international travel health insurance
How to enter?
To apply for this competition you should submit the following:
- filled in the application form (in electronic form)
- your photo (JPEG format)
- the copy of the film in production of which you took part in (DVD format)
