The AZ Awards is an international measure for excellence that platforms the world’s top designers and attracts entries from firms worldwide, both emerging and established. This is a unique opportunity for designers, architects, urban designers, developers, clients, manufacturers and students to get their work seen by our jury of international experts and receive global recognition. Longlisted entries will be published online. Winners and shortlisted entries get published online and in print in the July/August 2026 AZURE issue.

AZURE Magazine has announced AZ Awards 2022, the international architecture and design competition, recognizing excellence and innovation, and showcasing the world’s best projects, products and ideas. Now in its 12th year, the international AZ Awards program is a unique opportunity for architects, landscape architects, designers, students, developers, clients and manufacturers to receive the global exposure and acknowledgement that their work deserves. Winners and finalists will be showcased online and published in the AZ Awards Annual. Winners will receive the AZ Awards trophy — one-of-a-kind trophy is re-imagined each year by a prominent designer, and produced in limited editions exclusively for the AZ Awards. In addition, the Student winner will receive a $5,000 cash prize.

Work submitted in the AZ Awards competition must have been completed before 31 December 2016. Winners will receive the 2017 AZ Awards trophy, international exposure, recognition of their achievements in print, online and at the AZ Awards Gala – scheduled for 23 June 2017. Student winner will receive a $5,000 cash prize.
