RTT Funky Visualization Contest 2011

Can you see the future? Why not let the Realtime Technology (RTT) Funky Visualization Contest 2011 inspire you to try?

Show your creative visualizations for product innovations in the year 2020. What comforts and luxuries you envision for future consumer goods like cars, home appliances or any other objects. Make these modifications tangible, through the use of 2D or 3D stills and animations.

RTT is asking the next generation of computer scientists, creative design, architectural and illustrative visionaries to step up and submit their visions for innovative product interface designs in the future.

Objective

RTT is looking for creative visualizations for product innovations in the year 2020.

What comforts and luxuries you envision for future consumer goods like cars, home appliances or any other objects? Make these modifications tangible, through the use of 2D or 3D stills and animations.

Prizes

The 2 winning teams will be invited, with a maximum of 3 people, to join RTT Excite 2011 in Munich Germany on 19-20 May 2011 to present their projects to an international expert audience.

In addition, WACOM sponsors two Intuos4 M Tablet PCs.

Rules

  • Submit your entry in digital form or send URL, if it consists of a website.
  • It is also required to send a project description stating which specific task forms the basis for the work, the proposed solution you decided to pursue and the reason for this choice (PDF format, in English, complete sentences, without abbreviations, embedded symbols or formatted characters).
