The LSE Generate Global Innovation Challenge 2026

The LSE Generate Global Innovation Challenge 2026, in partnership with LSE Generate and Crimson Education, invites high-school students worldwide to develop innovative solutions to real-world problems aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Whether it’s a product, app, service, or social initiative tackling the UN Sustainable Development Goals, you’ll learn to think like an entrepreneur through expert-led webinars and exclusive resources.

Participants have the opportunity to gain international recognition and compete for prizes, including cash awards of up to US$1,000 and internship opportunities with LSE Generate founders.

Who is it for?

  • Designed for students aged 13–18 worldwide, as the competition is conducted online, there are no geographical barriers.

  • Participants then identify a real-world problem aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and develop an innovative solution
  • They submit a pitch deck for the Regional Qualifiers, where the top 4 teams from each region advance to the Global Finals
