The International Bicycle Design Competition (IBDC), organized by the Cycling & Health Tech Industry R&D Center (CHC), has entered its 26th edition.
The competition welcomes creative bicycle designs that reflect intelligent functionality, green sustainability, and a healthy, future-forward lifestyle — continuously injecting innovation into the industry.
In response to the growing trends of intelligent technology applications and sustainable circular development in the bicycle industry, as well as to encourage riders to seek out joyful riding experiences and environmental harmony, the theme of the 26th IBDC is is “Intelligence. Sustainability. Joyful Living.”.

Over the years, the competition has collected a total of 14,598 outstanding design submissions from 87 countries across five continents. It aims to help the industry gather global user insights, design trends, and cross-disciplinary innovation in bicycle product development.
