The Frankfurt Style Award, one of the most important international talent contests for fashion & design, calls for entry in its 2016 contest, themed: World of Contradictions.
Fashion design students worldwide are invited to reinterpret contradictions and to show their creative potential.
Designs are evaluated by an international and interdisciplinary jury and the Top 60 finalists will be invited to the big Gala Finale Show at the Alte Oper Frankfurt on 23 September 2016. A total of 15 prizes including internships and scholarships for a renowned fashion school are waiting for the winners.
The 2016 contest is the 3rd international Frankfurt Style Award talent discovery event and includes the following competition categories:
- “Kim K. vs. Frida K.”
- “Bronx vs. Boulevard”
- “Occident vs. Orient”
The Frankfurt Style Award has a unique concept that supports innovative ideas, creativity and outstanding creative achievement and offers its participants an international springboard into the fashion world.
Last year, the Award received 325 applications from around the world.
