The Lumen Prize, the global award and exhibition tour for digitally created art, has just opened the call for entries for its 2015 competition. Now in it’s fourth year, the Lumen Prize Exhibition aims to once again promote the power, enjoyment and impact of digital art globally. Artists compete for prizes worth $10,000 as well as a place in the Lumen Online Gallery and the Lumen Prize Exhibition. The Lumen Prize Gold winner will receive $3000, the Lumen Prize Silver Award is worth $2000 and the Lumen Prize Bronze Award $1000.

The Lumen Prize Exhibition, an international prize and global tour for digital fine art, has opened the call for entries for its 2014 prize. All forms of digitally created art are welcome, and in the past Lumen has exhibited work ranging from photo-montage and manipulation, to iPad drawings, interactive art, web art, digital sculpture, animation and more. As well as a cash fund of $5750, this year the Prize is launching two new award categories; Creative Coding and the Animate Award. Registration has recently been opened for the Lumen Prize Exhibition 2013 – an international award and global exhibition that celebrates the very best fine art created digitally. This is the second year of the contest. In 2012, artists from more than 30 countries across four continents submitted nearly 500 images for the contest. Of these, 50 artists from 44 cities and 13 countries around the world were selected for the first Lumen Prize Exhibition. This year, entrants will be competing for a prize fund of US $5250 as well as a place in the Lumen Prize Exhibition.
